Returns & Exchanges

Should our balconette bras not lift your spirits or our silk boxers not suit your style, we offer a 15-day window to make things right.

  • Packaging: Original packaging required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)
  • Garters & Hosiery (due to their intimate nature)
  • Items missing original hygiene liners

The Return Process
