Our Return & Exchange Promise
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and hygiene liners intact
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items (marked as such)
- Garters & Hosiery (due to their intimate nature)
- Any item without its original hygiene liner
The Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved, please:
- Repack items in their original packaging
- Include all tags and hygiene liners
- Place the completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- Seal securely

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) and size(s) desired
- We’ll ship your new items once we process your return
- You’ll only be charged if the new items exceed the value of your return
